I'm back from my long weekend starting Friday morning till Monday night and I am so tired!

I went to JB for my cousin in law's wedding and was there till Monday morning, had to drive home immediately because at night was Chris and Jolyna's Engagement Party which they've won from Mandarin Oriental :)

Ok, before that, let's start with Thursday night!

Marcus and I celebrated our one year anniversary as a married couple! YAY!

Initially we got married on the 10th, but his cousin was also getting married on the 10th so we decided to celebrate earlier.

We went back to Ciao, the ristorante where we gotten married for a romantic dinner :)

When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager and was given 2 glasses of complimentary champagne. Later on, the Italian owner, Rudy came and greet us as well. It was nice of them to remember us.

I ordered Tiger Prawns pasta while Marcus had steak. We even open a bottle of Marlborough to celebrate :)

The food, as usual was good and service was top notch! I love love love pasta! I can't live without carbs!

After appetiser and main course, I was still hungry and you know there is always room for desserts!

Yup, we finished everything :) I am a happy girl!

We finished our wine outside where we held our wedding, reminiscing the good old days with laughters.

It was a good night, with good food and to our surprise, there was no bill. Yes, we ate for free that night! We were feeling very blessed :)

All of them were my favourite as I love seafood so much!

The wedding theme was Nautica :) Hence there is a lot of Red and Blue :) The layout was different as they have rectangle and round tables! These are all planned by the wedding planners.

Honestly, the long rectangle table, which fits 10 people was a bit hard to communicate with others because there is some distance. No doubt the decoration was nice, but I wish everyone was seated nearer..

But of course, the wedding planners were trying something different and this is just my honest feedback.

Then main course is served! Cod fish with Prawns along with mash potatoes and asparagus on the side. Totally my kind of food!

Then it was straight to Neverland.

I was hoping Kenji and Leonard wouldn't be there as I was hiding from them every time I ever go to Neverland. HAHHAHHHA!

Even though we were all so tired, esp the Tan family, everyone came to dance and drink and even DJ-ed! Hahaha! It was a good night and a memorable one!

OK, let's talk about the infamous Hermes Birkin and Kelly today!

Many of you want this bag because it carries status, celebrities are carrying it or you must just have it because people you know are carrying it or perhaps you just really like the design of the bags.

I know people buy these expensive bags to show that they can afford it or they just want to be "IN" or their other rich friends are already carrying it

But do they know the history of it?

Here's some mini guide for you to learn about Hermes Kelly :) I put in the simplest version I can.

It's named after Grace Kelly, the actress who became the Princess of Monaco. Yes, from an actress to a PRINCESS!!!! Every girl's dream right? Grace Kelly first laid her eyes on the Kelly bag when she was filming a film and she absolutely adore the bag when it was loaned to her . Later on, Grace Kelly was seen being photographed with the bag while she was pregnant and she uses the bag to hide her baby bump. That's how it gotten famous :) Hermes later on named the bag, Kelly.

Here are some swatches for the Hermes Birkin and Kelly, which do you fancy?

Kelly comes is various sizes 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 28cm, 32cm, 35cm, 40cm

Kelly has 2 different edges. One is called SELLIER which refers to very sharp edges/ corners or the RETOURNE which has a softer corners.

My favourite skin would be BOX, TOGO Calfskin CLEMENCE

Ok, now to Hermes Birkin! Named after the famous singer/actress Jane Birkin . I've got a playlist of her songs in my car and one of my favourite song is Je t'aime Moi Non Pus with Serge Gainsbourg. How they created the Birkin bag was slightly different from the Kelly. Both Jane and Hermes Chief Executive Jean-Louis Dumas was on the same flight from Paris to London. Jane placed her straw bag in the overhead compartment of her seat but it fell on the floor and her belongings was scattered everywhere and she explained to Dumas that it was difficult to find a good leather weekend bag and voila ~ the next thing you know, he created the Birkin bag for her :)

The Hermes Birkin sizes comes in 25, 30, 35 and 40 centimetres. 50- and 55- centimetres are meant for travelling.

I hope after reading this will help you understand the Hermes Birkin and Kelly better :)

Magnum events has never once failed me. I've attended several and it's always one of my favourites event. Not only the ice cream is tasty, I get to meet Jasiminne's mother ( Yes I love stalking beautiful people ) in most Magnum events with her fabulous friends. I wish I could be just like her :)

This time, the Magnum event was held in Publika to launch the Magnum Mini . Their latest mini ice cream comes with 3 different flavours – Magnum Mini Classic, Magnum Mini Almond and Magnum Mini Brownie, all covered with rich Belgian Chocolate.

It is the perfect size for every occasion that could be enjoyed and Magnum believes that a day without pleasure is a day lost. I totally agree with this statement!

I was early during the event as I saw in the itinenary that there would be FREE manicures and of course I wanted to taste the Magnum ice cream before it runs out! ( Seriously, you need to be QUICK )

When we first arrived, we were ushered to this photo booth for some fun loving photo time!

Then as you enter, there will be trays of dessert for you to indulge :) Such a treat!

I then went to this corner to get my name written on the chocolate!

Guilty pleasure! I've always love the Magnum classic

The evening's highlight was the unveiling of the Magnum Pleasure Icons for Magnum Mini Moments! You've got personalities like Atilia Harun, Nadia Heng, Joyce Wong, Vivy Yusof, Debbie Goh, Carmen Soo, Elaine Daly, Xandria Ooi and Jonathan Putra were introduced on stage along with their very own Magnum Mini Moment.

Then we were ushered to the Magnum House of Pleasure where we get to experience the augmented reality projection of the different Magnum Mini Moments! It was so cool!

I personally love this room the most and guess what, our very own blogger, Joyce is placed in this augmented reality! It was so weird as Me, Nana , Jane and Joyce herself hop into this bed and took a picture! There's like literally 2 joyce!

Oh yeah! We recently just booked our flight to Phuket! YES! We are going diving again with Party Divers!

Year 2011, in Semporna Island heading to Pom Pom Island! You might heard about the latest news about the kidnapping and all, YUP... there's where we got our diving license! But trust me, Pom Pom is one of the most beautiful island I've ever been too!

This was during our second dive trip with the group to Pulau Tioman! I highly recommend TIOMAN! It's super awesome and we had the time of our lives here! It's amazing how Malaysia have all this awesome beach :) You can go Tioman for the weekend as well! It's near Johor!

I recently did a shoot with FEMALE Magazine again and didn't want to waste the professional makeup done, so I selfie a bit! hahaha! Love how my eyes is so brownnnn! I need to face the sun more often when it comes to taking selfie!

Dear readers, the first section of this post was written in the month of July, just to show you the before and after picture of my acne after the Radiancy treatment by VIP KORENA

Remember I blogged about Koh Samui last few weeks ago? About how dirty the sea was and that I went diving? Well, after that trip, my face suffered from breakout again. I always get acne after diving and also sunbathing. Basically, my face always turn worst after a beach holiday.

Indeed my face suffered from acne again and I message my facial consultant at ViP KOREANA and showed her a picture of my face because the acne was there for quite sometime, almost 2 weeks and it couldn't really heal properly.

The next day, I went to ViP Koreana for a consultation and they asked me to try Radiancy, an experience significant acne reduction with no adverse side effects.

Every time after my diving trip, sure damn a lot of acne :(

After the treatment, immediately your face will be brighten and the acne will slightly become smaller. Just slightly.

They also gave me 2 products for acne to fasten the whole process

The scars are still there as it takes time to heal, but I'm just very happy that the acne is now vanish!

So far, I've only sew 2 things. More like add-ons because I can't sew an outfit.

The red balls are for Christmas. It all started from there. I sew some of them into my sweater and Marcus' shirt for Christmas. I don't know if he would wear it. But it looks cute none the less.

Will only show the pictures during Christmas followed by a mini tutorial on how to spice up your clothes.

I found a shop in Sg Wang that has many pretty sewing stuff, bought some ( Ive been there many times because Ive been buying stuff for my latest project which will be unveiled early next year ) sparkles to add on to my plain dress which is from Michelle Ooi Ready To Wear 2012 Collection.

I was so scared when I took it to the swimming pool, so afraid that my new phone will just drown and die because Ive never use a water proof phone before! When I first jumped into the pool with my phone, I was literally screammmmiinnnnggggg!

So Jakun! LOL

Sheena and David was down and we happily went to Block B Infinity pool to test this out on a bright Sunny Sunday :)

I have always been a fan of Anna Sui since my early college days ( year 2005 ) when my elder brother visits Japan and bought me and my sister a bunch of Anna Sui products.

Necklaces with horse shoe ring, clover, that represents LUCK which is so Anna Sui, he also bought cute purses and of course some shirts for us. I was so in love with the drawings on the shirt

Since then, my sister and I are in love with Anna Sui.

When I saw the Anna Sui La Vie de Boheme, the first thing that came to my mind was my younger sister, Lina. How perfect this perfume suited her as she likes dressing up like a Bohemian girl.

I know I've never really blog about her that much and not many photos of us together, well it's because she's not based in Malaysia. She went to study abroad in London and when she graduated she couldn't find any job related to her field in Malaysia but was very lucky to land a job in Singapore. She is a Forensic Scientist by the way :) Beauty with Brains.

Hello 2014! or some might say 2013A hehe...

Sorry I haven't been updating much as I was busy spending quality time with my family and friends since Christmas till now. I am still on the holiday mood but can't wait to get my year started as jobs are coming in pretty fast :)

On Christmas day itself, I was spending time with my in laws. We booked the HyperKitchen and Marcus and Chelle was the main chef :)

We also receive a surprise visit from Santa Claus! Thank you for the gifts! Next door was also hosting a Christmas dinner, which was actually a friend of mine :o)

How jolly of them to come over

For this Christmas, I made a few DIY stuff...

I made like a snack bar for Marcus as he loves eating, he's much fatter now! ahaha!

I also did a collage of me and SuAnne on a wine bottle :)

Christmas was overall fun and joyful :) I did went back to Taiping for a night to spend some time with the family too :)

Then, on December 28th, I went for my first Yaasui party! The theme was harajuku... and I just randomly select my outfit and was ready to mask myself so that no one really could recognise me.

But...

As soon as I stepped down from the car and walk at least 7 steps, a friend of mine just said : Hi Michelle, going to some theme party?

Hhahaha I seriously thought no one could recognise me... even Nana couldn't recognise me! >:(

Then came December 31, New Year's Eve :)

My parent actually came down to KL to celebrate with us :) We took a bottle of Cloudy Bay which thanks to Moet Hennessy Diageo for the Christmas gift :) and pop it on NYE :)

Also, another good news, the Sky Beach is Block D is now open! YAY!

Now that 2014 is here, what are your resolutions?

I am in love with my new phone, the Sony Xperia Z1! Been using this phone for a month now and I'm totally in love with it!

For an instant, I was trying out this Info- Eye where I took a picture of the Moet & Chandon bottle and it will give me details about this champagne! Not only that, they will also suggest what food to go with it! Isn't this amazing?

It's also good for travelers who dont know what a specific building is, all you need to do is click on Info – Eye and take a picture of the building, all the information you need will pop up! Isn't this convenient? You will always be on the go!

For an instant, you were on the boat in an island and suddenly you saw dolphins and all you need to do is point your camera at it so that you wont miss a moment! It's very interesting!

Moet paired Jasi and I for this artwork and I was lucky enough to work with my best friend! We've been working together since college years when we present to our lecturer :)

Kamae Lee paired with socialite / friend Valerie Ong, love her sense of style :) and their masterpiece was gorgeous as they both created this pinkish flowery headband with crystals all around.

Jasiminne did most of it while she was in London, while Sheena and I just paste the confetti and the pearls to give it a more 3D art kinda feeling to that the artwork will stand out. If only every time we open a bottle of Moet, heart confetti and pearls will flow out :)

A big THANK YOU to all the girls who came and supported us during our special night! You girls are the best! :D
